Delivery and cancellation terms
Before payment, we agree on the route, cost, documents and what to do if the pet’s handover is delayed or cannot take place.
Before agreeing to delivery, clarify who will transport your pet, how to contact them, and which documents and transport arrangements are included.
Delivery is not included in the price of the pet and is paid separately. The price for delivery is set by the transporters. Pet Family Center service does not set the delivery price and does not influence it.
The price depends on various factors: distance, route, availability of companions, animal size, and other circumstances.
Due to the war, all flights from Ukraine have been cancelled. This complicates and increases the cost of the delivery process over long distances. Because first it is necessary to transport the kitten or puppy to one of the European countries. And then from there.
How does delivery work?
The route and handover method depend on the pet’s location and your city. We discuss the available options with you directly.

We choose the best transport method based on your location: car, train, or airplane.
2. Document preparation
Before payment, we agree on the documents for the individual pet and route.
3. Professional transport
Before payment, we’ll discuss the transporter, transport method and arrangements for your pet’s care during the journey.
4. Arrival home
Your new family member arrives directly to your home or to your city.
Professional couriers
Delivery is carried out by professional couriers specializing in the transportation of pets. Couriers do their best to minimize the stress of relocating. They put the kitten or puppy in a comfortable transport box with rest, water and attentive accompaniment.
Documents for travel
The document list depends on the pet and route. Before payment, we clarify:
- The type of veterinary document
- Microchip
- Current vaccinations
- Health certificate
- Documents required for handover and travel
Where we deliver:
Delivery options depend on the individual pet, destination country and available route. Before payment, we’ll agree the timing, documents and handover arrangements.
Examples of destinations to discuss:
European countries, the USA, Canada and selected countries in Asia and the Middle East. This list does not confirm delivery availability; we’ll check the options for your chosen pet and city individually.
No delivery to:
- Russia and Belarus due to military aggression against Ukraine;
- African countries;
- China, India, Iran, North Korea, and most Asian countries (please clarify details with the manager);
- Most Latin American countries — due to long distance and lack of routes (please clarify details with the manager);
- Australia, New Zealand, and Oceania — due to long distance and complex animal import rules.
Delivery cost
Delivery is not included in the price of the animal and is paid separately. The price for delivery is set by the couriers. Pet Family Center service does not set the delivery price and does not influence it.
Delivery of kittens and puppies by car to European countries
If it is necessary to bring a kitten or puppy from Ukraine to one of the European countries, delivery is performed by a zoo courier in their own car. Delivery is performed by professional couriers who specialize specifically in transporting animals.
Price for delivery of a domestic pet to European countries
Below are approximate prices for delivery of kittens and puppies by car to various countries and cities in Europe. Prices may vary slightly depending on the courier service, availability of companions, and other factors.

Delivery of kittens and puppies to USA and Canada
Delivery of a kitten or puppy from Ukraine to North America is performed by plane to a large airport that accepts international flights.

Please note that import of dogs to the USA is only possible at the age of over 6 months. The price does not include customs broker services and airport fees. Each airport has its own tariffs, so it is worth clarifying costs in advance.

Over long distances, delivery of domestic pets is performed by plane according to airline and courier service tariffs. Kittens and puppies travel in a specialized cargo compartment (cargo delivery).
Most kittens and puppies tolerate airplane flight in the animal compartment well. The exception may be brachycephalic breeds with shortened muzzles (Persian and exotic cats, pug and bulldog dogs). These breeds may not tolerate flights well.
Price for delivery of kittens to Asian countries
Delivery of a kitten or puppy from Ukraine to the Middle East, East or Southeast Asia is performed by plane to a large airport that accepts international flights. Please note that many Asian countries have strict animal import rules.
The list of receiving airports in Asian countries includes: Bahrain, Doha (Qatar), Dubai (UAE), Kuwait, Riyadh, Tel Aviv, Amman, Jakarta, Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok, Singapore, Seoul, Tokyo.
